Refund and Returns Policy
At Kai Aloha Shirts, every item is made especially for you. As all of our products are custom-designed and produced on a made-to-order basis, our return and refund policy is outlined below to ensure clarity and fairness for all customers.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Custom-Made Items – No Returns for Change of Mind
All Kai Aloha Shirts products are custom-made to order, based on the design details, images, text and sizing information provided by the customer.
For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect images, text, or information supplied at checkout
- Personal preference regarding fit, colour tone, or final design appearance
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take pride in our workmanship and quality control. If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault or printing error, we will take full responsibility.
You may be eligible for a free replacement or refund if:
- The product has a clear manufacturing defect
- The print does not match the approved design
- The item is damaged as a result of production issues
In such cases, Kai Aloha Shirts will either:
- Arrange a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a refund where appropriate
3. How to Lodge a Return Request
If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A brief explanation of the problem

4. Conditions for Approved Returns
Where a return is approved:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted
Return instructions will be provided by our team on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refund Timeframes
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
